We will meet with you to determine the type, size, and budget of your new custom designed home.
We will meet with you at the homesite to review details about site preparation, drainage, the position of the home, driveway, landscaping, window views and many other often overlooked details.
We will provide a preliminary cost estimate and meet with you once or twice to discuss the estimate and to start to make adjustments.
